English/Spanish/German/Ukrainian When we meet what seem to be challenges and obstacles on our path, we are faced with choices. Do we walk around them, push them aside, blast them out of the way or … meet them with curiosity, transforming them from problems into answers? In this call we will explore our orientation to what appears difficult and share an exercise to harvest insight into a current challenge. Please bring a pencil and paper.
Robin Alfred is an organisational consultant, facilitator and executive coach. Robin worked in criminal justice in London, before moving to the Findhorn ecovillage in Scotland in 1995 where he founded Open Circle Consultancy. He has extensive experience of leading and developing groups and individuals across all sectors – corporate, public, and third sector. Robin has been studying with Thomas Hübl for the past 13 years. He has served as a host and mentor for almost all of Thomas Hübl’s online courses, co-moderated two of the Celebrate Life Festivals and was a co-host of all 5 of the annual Collective Trauma Online Summits.
