Women in Leadership: Unleashing our Wisdom from Inner to Outer Healing/ Mujeres en el liderazgo: Liberar nuestra sabiduría de la sanación interior a la exterior

Many of us have expressed the challenge of feeling seen, heard and respected as we attempt to carry our insights and wisdom into the world. This is all the more true when we represent an intersection of marginalized identities and gender. In this call, we explore how by meeting and healing trauma within us and our cultures,  we can become more visible and lead from our authentic self in service to the world.

Muchas de nosotras hemos expresado el reto de sentirnos vistas, escuchadas y respetadas cuando intentamos llevar nuestras percepciones y sabiduría al mundo. Esto es aún más cierto cuando representamos una intersección de identidades marginadas y de género.
