The Liberation of the Goddess in the Market Place

Strengthening Female Leadership in Organizations and Businesses

Hybrid | English

What will we be exploring in this Lab?

This Lab invites women leaders—and those stepping into leadership—to rediscover the sacred feminine as a source of courage, clarity and embodied wisdom. We explore how centuries of gender-inflicted trauma have shaped our leadership, our visibility, and the organizational cultures we participate in. We will gently examine the wounds carried in our bodies, lineages and collective history. Through trauma-informed processes, embodied practice and relational attunement we create space for the “chained Goddess” within each of us to release old constraints and reclaim her intuitive, visionary power.

Who is invited to participate?

We welcome women in leadership—and women aspiring to lead—who feel the call to heal their gender wound and embody a more powerful, authentic, and compassionate way of leading. This Lab is for those who sense that their leadership could be deeper, freer, and more aligned with who they truly are… and who want to bring that healing into the organizations and communities they influence. If you long to create work environments where the feminine can thrive, and where potential unfolds rather than contracts, this journey is for you.

More about the journey of the Lab

You will join a circle of at least 20 women who share a common intention: to reclaim feminine leadership in a world shaped largely by masculine norms. We will gently and courageously explore individual, ancestral, and collective trauma—alongside the resources and wisdom that have carried us this far. Through guided practices, shared reflection, and embodied learning, we will cultivate pathways of ethical restoration that support healing at personal and systemic levels. This journey will transform your own inner landscape and help you become a catalyst for cultural healing in your workplace.
