She shared skills and lessons for self-care and burnout recovery that support all of us engaged in the world\, especially health and humanitarian workers\, emergency responders and all working on the frontlines of natural or man-made disasters. After the Masterclass\, we transitioned into the Global Social Witnessing of those who experience the tension between self-care and burnout on the frontlines.
