DESCRIPTION:As we close a remarkable year of healing\, learning\, and global connection\, we gather to celebrate what has grown through our shared field\, and to look ahead. In this special community call\, we will unveil the Pocket Project’s Three-Year Strategy\, a living framework to expand our global network through 1\,600+ trauma-informed practitioners and 500+ healing hubs or pockets; to deepen our Crisis Response Platform\, bridging global resources and local care networks; and to grow our Library of Transformation\, an immersive archive of personal and collective healing stories. \nTogether\, we will reflect on the movement that is growing through each of us\, a tapestry of presence\, compassion\, and systemic transformation\, and envision the next steps of our shared journey. \nIn this gathering\, we will explore: \n\nGrowing circles of healing – how local practitioners and hubs form the living architecture of a global culture of care.\nIntegrating trauma across systems – bringing trauma-informed approaches into education\, leadership\, and social change.\nActivating collective coherence – strengthening the relational field that connects and sustains our shared humanity.\n\nJoin us as we celebrate what has unfolded and co-shape the path ahead\, toward a world where trauma is met with care\, and restoration becomes our shared way forward. \n
