SUMMARY:Witnessing Despair – Between Fear\, Grief and Heartbreak in Palestine and Israel
DESCRIPTION:We invite you to gather in heartbreak—and in an act of courage\, choosing to practice relating to all sides at a time when tension\, polarization and fragmentation continues to rise. \nAs the devastation and terror in Gaza continues and the humanitarian crisis deepens\, with children dying daily of hunger\, medical infrastructure collapsing and the consequences of over 55\,000 killed\,  as raids escalate in the West Bank\, and as people in Israel grapple with existential fear following the horror of the 7th of October 2023\, the continuing detention of hostages and the 12-day war with Iran\, you are invited to bring your presence to a space of grounding and witnessing. \nThis Global Social Witnessing call is not a space for political debate. It is a space for presence. A space to feel—together—the grief\, the horror\, the numbness\, the tenderness. A space to witness the pain of lives lost\, the disintegration of trust\, and the fragile flickers of human connection that still remain. \nWe will be joined by Rana Salman and Eszter Koranyi\, the Palestinian and Israeli Co-Directors of Combatants for Peace—a binational movement of former soldiers and combatants who now walk a path of nonviolence\, dialogue\, and a shared search for liberation. Their leadership offers us a model of what is possible when we give ourselves to a relational practice in the face of rupture. \nTogether\, we will turn toward this moment with our bodies\, our breath\, and our not-knowing. Bearing witness to heartbreak is not passive. It is a subtle act of care\, a weaving of the torn fabric of our shared humanity.\nLet us meet—across time zones\, identities\, and experiences—to hold this pain and love\, side by side.

SUMMARY:Dancing with Intensity – Tracking Our Patterns of Connection and Disconnection
DESCRIPTION:In a world saturated with informational intensity\, we often find ourselves connecting and disconnecting – not only to the flow of news\, but also to ourselves\, others\, and life – without even noticing. These subtle shifts shape our relationships and our collective capacity to sense and respond with care. \nIn this Community Call\, Markus Hirzig will invite us into a deeper inquiry: What happens when we become aware of our habits and rhythms of presencing and absencing? How can we witness and bring more awareness to our movement toward or away from intensity and relatedness? As Thomas Hübl often says: ‘With consciousness comes choice’.  \nThrough embodied reflection\, guided practice\, and shared space\, we will explore how regulating our engagement with information and stimuli becomes a doorway into inner leadership – one that fosters presence\, connection\, and clarity in the midst of complexity. \nThis call is an opportunity to gently observe your patterns\, resource yourself\, and strengthen your capacity to meet life with curiosity and groundedness. \nYou will learn to: \n\nBring awareness to your personal patterns of connecting and disconnecting from information and experience.\nRecognise the signs of presencing and absencing in yourself and others\, and how they affect your inner regulation.\nPractice mindful tools to consciously regulate your nervous system and re-enter coherence when intensity arises.\n\nThis call is open to everyone and offered as a gift from the Pocket Project. No prior experience is necessary.

SUMMARY:Global Embrace For Kenya – A Global Social Witnessing Call
DESCRIPTION:6-7:30pm Berlin / 7-8:30pm Nairobi \nJoin us for a Global Social Witnessing Call for Kenya—a sacred\, virtual gathering dedicated to grounding\, holding compassionate space\, and collectively witnessing the grief within our nation. In this time\, we invite people from around the world to bear witness with open hearts\, offering presence as medicine and to join in a global field of care that sees\, feels\, and does not look away. Together\, we honour the depth of our emotions and cultivate hope for healing and transformation. \n This is not a space for analysis or solutions\, but for witnessing and compassion—for allowing the truth of suffering to be held in dignity and humanity. By coming together across continents\, we make space for sorrow to be shared and global interconnectedness to be remembered. \nIn this Global Social Witnessing call\, we will explore:\n\nGrief – both personal and collective\, acknowledged and unspoken\nGrounding – as a way to stay present amidst intensity and pain\nNavigating turbulence with compassionate presence – learning to stay with what hurts\, together\n\nThere will be moments of silence\, reflection\, poetry\, and deep listening\, as we hold Kenya and its people in our hearts. We honour the interconnectedness of all suffering\, and we trust in the quiet power of bearing witness to life as it is. \nWhether you are Kenyan\, connected to Kenya\, or called to stand in solidarity\, your presence is welcome and needed. Together\, we weave a fabric of global belonging—one that does not forget\, that does not turn away\, and that holds space for healing across borders.

SUMMARY:Living a Revelatory Life – Staying Awake to What is Calling
DESCRIPTION:How do we stay fresh\, awake\, edgy?  How do we enjoy living with vitality\, enthusiasm and purpose – particularly in the midst of personal and collective challenges and a world that is changing possibly more rapidly than ever before? \nIn this call\, we will explore practices that help us to sense into what we are called to do and be – living and leading from a place of emergence. Often we have made plans\, set clear directions and resolved to do certain things.  But how do we hold that lightly and allow the future to also emerge through us? \nIn this call you will learn to: \n\nDistinguish desire from intention – setting a direction and then letting go\nBalance structure and emergence – where is clarity and focus helpful and where may they shield us from the truth?\nDevelop a greater sense of agency and orientation – what is the part we are meant to play in the orchestra or life and how can we play that part fully and courageously?\n\nThe call will be interactive and experiential\, with Robin offering prompts and provocations and inviting your reflection. \nThis call is open to everyone and offered as a gift from the Pocket Project. No prior experience is necessary.

SUMMARY:Hearing the Voice of Ukrainian Youth – Empowering Streams of Community Resilience
DESCRIPTION:This call invites us to listen deeply to the lived experiences of young Ukrainians navigating the profound transition from adolescence to adulthood amidst the upheaval of war. Just as their country undergoes a transformation\, these young people are shaping their identities\, discovering their values\, and seeking belonging in the face of uncertainty\, instability and unsafety. At the heart of this initiative lies the power of community: peer-led Resilience Circles where young people support one another\, explore trauma-informed practices\, and learn facilitation skills to guide conversations that empower. The Pocket Project’s work in Ukraine has shown that peer circles can be as impactful as traditional therapy\, fostering a sense of belonging\, resilience\, and hope. Your presence strengthens the connections—nurturing the next generation of resilient\, compassionate leaders in Ukraine. \nIn this call\, we will explore: \n\nYouth resilience and identity in times of transition\nPeer-led resilience circles as pathways to healing\nBelonging\, healing\, and growth within community

SUMMARY:Centering Self - Meeting the Heat of the World without Losing Yourself
DESCRIPTION:In a world that feels increasingly charged with conflict\, injustice\, and uncertainty\, it can be easy to lose touch with our center. How do we meet the intensity of these times without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves? This community call invites us to explore the intersection of personal resilience and systemic transformation. \nTogether we will reflect on how trauma – both personal and systemic\, shapes our responses\, and how culturally responsive\, healing-centered practices can help us stay rooted in strength\, compassion\, and clarity\, and transform oppressive structures into living networks of repair. By learning to navigate stress and reactivity with awareness\, we open space for greater intimacy\, repair\, and justice in our relationships and our communities. \nThis gathering is an opportunity to pause\, breathe\, and discover practices that sustain our own well-being\, while honoring how each of our stories has the potential to shape the systems we are a part of into pathways of equity\, care\, and belonging. \nIn this community call\, we will explore: \n\nHow to stay centered when facing collective stress\, conflict\, or injustice.\nPractices that cultivate resilience and prevent overwhelm or burnout.\nWays to align personal healing with community well-being and systemic change.\n\n

SUMMARY:Learning from Life – How the Human World Can Evolve Through Nature’s Wisdom
DESCRIPTION:In this Global Social Witnessing Call\, we turn toward the wisdom of the natural world. From fireflies synchronizing their rhythms\, to the vast murmuration of starlings\, to the hidden mycelial networks that weave forests into resilient communities—nature reveals patterns of coherence\, adaptability\, and care that have guided life for millions of years. \nTogether we will explore how the pre-egoic intelligence of nature—relational\, emergent\, and interdependent—can inspire the trans-egoic development of humanity. By mindfully attending to these living metaphors\, we open a space to sense how our social body might learn from the natural body of Earth. Through presence\, we invite a deeper connection to the wisdom embedded in life itself\, and reflect on how it may guide us in healing fragmentation and fostering resilience in our human systems. \nYou will: \n\nRestore your sense of awe and wonder by attuning to the beauty\, intelligence\, and resilience expressed in the natural world.\nDiscover guiding metaphors from nature that illuminate new possibilities for coherence\, care\, and creativity in human systems.\nStrengthen your embodied practice of Global Social Witnessing by learning to hold presence with the interwoven life of both nature and humanity.\n\nPlease note: This event is part of the 2025 Collective Trauma Summit hosted by Thomas Hübl. The online summit runs from October 12-18\, 2025. Read more & sign up for free here \n

SUMMARY:Trauma-Informed Approaches – Healing Architectures for Healing Ecosystems
DESCRIPTION:What is possible when we lead with presence\, compassion\, and clarity?\nWhat happens when we nurture collaborations that foster trust and mutual thriving?\nHow do we build organizational ecosystems that feel as alive and resilient as the natural world they are part of? \nHealing our nervous systems and healing the biosphere are deeply intertwined. The ways we design and inhabit our human organizations have a direct impact on the ways we engage with the Earth. When we create healing architectures—cultures of care\, structures that support belonging\, and processes that regenerate trust—we not only transform how we work together but also how we relate to the living systems around us. \nNature teaches us about interdependence\, reciprocity\, and adaptive intelligence. When our organizational patterns mirror these principles\, they become fertile ground for ecological responsibility\, ethical leadership\, and collective flourishing. The same invisible roots that shape the vitality of a forest also shape the vitality of our communities and workplaces. By tending to trauma and imbalance\, we open pathways for regenerative growth in both our human systems and the wider biosphere. \nAs the Pocket Project introduces our Consultancy service\, we invite you to join this exploration of how healing architectures in human organizations can contribute to healing climate change and inspire new ways of collaborating and making decisions together. \nIn this community call\, we will explore:\n\nLeading with presence – cultivating clarity\, compassion\, and grounded action.\nLearning from nature – drawing on living systems to inspire integration\, adaptability\, and resilience.\nFostering reciprocity – creating ecosystems of trust\, collaboration\, psychological safety\, and mutual care.\n\n

SUMMARY:Rewilding Ourselves – Returning to Wholeness
DESCRIPTION:The call to rewild ourselves is also a call to come home. In our bodies live the oceans and rivers\, mountains and deserts\, glaciers\, grasslands and forests of the Earth. \nTogether\, we will explore how to re-root into the ground beneath us\, re-connect with the web of life\, and re-member the ancient language of communication with the natural world. Through reflection and shared practices\, we will discover how to befriend the untameable beauty of the natural world  — and how to experience ourselves as part of its fullness. \nIn this community call\, we will explore: \n\nInner rewilding – returning to our body\, intuition\, and aliveness.\nCollective rewilding – cultivating belonging and resilience together.\nEarth connection – remembering our living bond with nature as teacher and guide.\n\n

SUMMARY:Meeting the Current Political Divide in the U.S. - Witnessing our Responses and Resources
DESCRIPTION:The first year of the Trump administration has dismantled existing structures and long-held political agreements.  The changes\, welcomed by supporters and outraging to others\, are impacting the lives of U.S. residents and people around the world. \nThis Global Social Witnessing will not be a space for political debate\, rather an opportunity to witness diverse experiences\, challenges and impacts along with the range of resources that we employ as we meet the political division and disruption in many of our lives. \nTogether we will practice our ability to remain present as we listen to the possible range of feelings and experiences shared.  We will hold space for the diversity of voices in the community gathered\, maintaining awareness of our embodied experience\, presencing our resources\, our challenges\, and our ability to respond. \nWe will meet and welcome the current limits of our capacity to turn toward this moment with our bodies\, our breath\, and openness to listen\, and we will be as aware as possible of our felt responses to whatever experiences are shared in the room. \nIn this call\, we will explore: \n\nResources that support our ability to stay conscious of our own experience and the experience  of others \nGrounding – as a way to stay present amidst divergence and pain\nNavigating turbulence with compassionate presence – exploring our capacity to stay with difference\, together\n\nWe trust in the quiet power of witnessing life as it is\, as the starting point for moving forward. \n

SUMMARY:Words of Wisdom – Entering the Living Field of Mystical Texts
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, guided by Susanne Ahlendorf and Martin Bruders\, we will explore how mystical texts can become living bridges between wisdom and presence. Beginning with an introduction to practices that open the heart and sharpen awareness\, we’ll then move into a shared experiential space where words turn into gateways to the ineffable. \nThrough guided exercises\, silence\, and dialogue\, we will uncover how timeless wisdom speaks through us and into our contemporary lives. Together\, we will listen for what wants to emerge in the “in-between” — where text meets life\, and meaning becomes alive. \nIn this community call\, we will explore: \n\nLearn simple methods to attune to mystical texts beyond interpretation — entering them as living experiences.\nDiscover how collective inquiry and dialogue reveal deeper layers of meaning and insight.\nExperience how timeless wisdom can illuminate and support your everyday choices and relationships.\n\n

SUMMARY:Witnessing the Global Media – Towards Emotionally Intelligent Storytelling of the Future
DESCRIPTION:In Global Social Witnessing calls\, we tend to attune to global crises and conflicts that we have learned about in the news. But what happens when we make the people and systems that deliver that news our focus? And what becomes present when we attend to both the media’s capacity for courageous truth-telling and its vulnerability to distortion and lies?  \nJoin us for a unique Global Social Witnessing call where we will make space to witness the global media system – sensing into the growing risks facing journalists\, and the complex interplay between the 24/7 news cycle and our individual and collective nervous systems. \nWhile attuning to the many ways in which parts of the legacy media may remain enmeshed with the trauma architecture of the past\, we will also invite the evolutionary updates that could help nurture more emotionally intelligent forms of storytelling in the future. \nIn this call we will explore: \n\nOur relationship with the pressures facing journalists \nHow fragmentation in the media impacts the collective body\nWhat role a trauma-restoring media culture could play in collective healing\n\nWe trust that witnessing the media is the subtlest form of intervention we can make to encourage a healing-centred turn in the media industry. Please join us.\n\nEssay by Matthew Green: No Longer Burying The Lead: A New Media Culture for the Metacrisis \n

SUMMARY:The Art of Presence - Deepening Connection through Transparent Communication
DESCRIPTION:In this community call\, guided by seasoned facilitator Eva Giedt\, we will move beyond the mechanics of speech to explore communication as a profound practice of attunement and embodied awareness. Transparent Communication is not simply a tool for exchange; it is a way of perceiving the subtle flows of information that move between us \nTogether\, we will create a space of shared presence\, learning how to listen not just to what is being said\, but to the silence and resonance underneath. Through guided practice and relational inquiry\, we will discover how slowing down and attuning to our relational fabric allows for a more authentic\, fresh\, and compassionate way of meeting the world and one another. \nWhether you are new to this work or looking to deepen your practice\, this call offers an entrance into a more “transparent” way of being in relationship—where our reactivity transforms into insight and our connections become bridges to a deeper sense of interconnectedness. \nIn this community call\, we will explore: \n\nPractice listening with the whole body\, moving from mental processing to deep resonance.\nLearn to identify and stay present with reactive patterns\, allowing them to shift into clarity and understanding.\nExperience how “showing up” with transparency helps co-regulate our nervous systems\, fostering a collective space of calm and insight.

SUMMARY:Relational Alchemy – Healing the Gender Wound for Collective Peace
DESCRIPTION:In this community call\, we join mathematical physicist and transpersonal psychologist Will Keepin to explore how the fundamental laws of the universe mirror the internal landscape of our social systems. Grounded in the principle of “as above\, so below\,” Will bridges the macrocosm of physics with the microcosm of our cellular experience\, revealing how the fragmentation in our world is an echo of the unresolved divisions within the human collective. \nWe will examine how the ancient wound of gender disharmony fuels global cycles of violence. By addressing these foundational imbalances\, we support the core mission of the World Women Summit 2026 – Women Rising for Peace\, strengthening the global movement of women who are transforming the conditions of violence into the foundations of a more resilient world. \n“Peace is not the absence of war\, peace is the integration of the wounds of the war and the unification of the fabric of life” (Thomas Hübl). \nTogether\, we will explore how showing up to heal our relational fabric is a biological and cosmological act—one that restores the natural flow of life from the individual cell to the global body. \nIn this community call\, we will explore: \n\nThe Fractal Nature of Peace: How the principle of “as above\, so below” applies to social change – where healing our internal and relational “cells” updates the blueprint of the global body.\nPhysics of Reconciliation: Moving beyond binary opposition to co-create other pathways of understanding between all genders\, informed by both quantum principles and transpersonal psychology.\nRestoring the Balance: Understanding how elevating women’s leadership and restoring gender equity are necessary for dismantling structures of violence and building a more compassionate world.\n\nThis call is an introduction to a 3-part masterclass\, inviting you to go deeper with the practice.
