SUMMARY:Self-Care & Self-Regulation in the Lab Journey
DESCRIPTION:Can I stay in self-contact and self-care while intense emotions flow not only through me\, but through a group or situation? Can I host intensity and stay open to the process?  If I can become aware of the places where I need to go numb in order to cope\, that is already a huge step. As we prepare to embark on a journey of collective trauma exploration and integration in the International Labs (starting Jan 2024)\, we clean and fine-tune our tools.
