SUMMARY:Burnout & Resilience - Breathing Practices for Self Regulation
DESCRIPTION:Our breath is the silent and ever-present guardian of our inner world. In times of challenge and chaos\, our breath is our most immediate lifeline and bridge from turmoil to inner balance and calm. How can we increase our awareness in such a profound way that we transform our breathing into a self-regulation habit? Join us to learn and practice with one of the world’s experts in bringing breathwork to warzones and crisis areas.

SUMMARY:The Aftermath of Covid - Voices of Loss & Fear II
DESCRIPTION:The coronavirus left a mark on our lives\, both socially and internally. We were all touched by loss – of loved ones\, work spaces\, community\, belonging\, health\, and by fear – of illness and death\, being blamed for someone else’s illness\, having our basic democratic rights taken away. Some of us experienced gains\, too; others didn’t. We were invited to bring our experience to this call to soften the fabric of fine and deep scars for integration.
