SUMMARY:Learning from Life – How the Human World Can Evolve Through Nature’s Wisdom
DESCRIPTION:In this Global Social Witnessing Call\, we turn toward the wisdom of the natural world. From fireflies synchronizing their rhythms\, to the vast murmuration of starlings\, to the hidden mycelial networks that weave forests into resilient communities—nature reveals patterns of coherence\, adaptability\, and care that have guided life for millions of years. \nTogether we will explore how the pre-egoic intelligence of nature—relational\, emergent\, and interdependent—can inspire the trans-egoic development of humanity. By mindfully attending to these living metaphors\, we open a space to sense how our social body might learn from the natural body of Earth. Through presence\, we invite a deeper connection to the wisdom embedded in life itself\, and reflect on how it may guide us in healing fragmentation and fostering resilience in our human systems. \nYou will: \n\nRestore your sense of awe and wonder by attuning to the beauty\, intelligence\, and resilience expressed in the natural world.\nDiscover guiding metaphors from nature that illuminate new possibilities for coherence\, care\, and creativity in human systems.\nStrengthen your embodied practice of Global Social Witnessing by learning to hold presence with the interwoven life of both nature and humanity.\n\nPlease note: This event is part of the 2025 Collective Trauma Summit hosted by Thomas Hübl. The online summit runs from October 12-18\, 2025. Read more & sign up for free here \n

SUMMARY:Coming Home to Being Jewish
DESCRIPTION:Creating a warm and safe space for the presencing and integration of the individual\, ancestral and collective trauma and resilience of being Jewish. \nWe will meet monthly with people who identify as having Jewish ancestry\, to explore aspects of our Jewish experience including: the presencing of our individual\, ancestral and collective trauma; the challenges of the current situation in the Middle East; aspects of both Jewish persecution and perpetration; internalised anti-semitism and whatever themes and experiences group participants bring to the call. \nOur intention is to create a warm\, welcoming and safe space in which such topics and experiences can be felt\, held within a field of group coherence and resonance\, and in this way to support our individual and collective capacity to reflect\, digest and integrate what arises. \n

SUMMARY:Trauma-Informed Approaches – Healing Architectures for Healing Ecosystems
DESCRIPTION:What is possible when we lead with presence\, compassion\, and clarity?\nWhat happens when we nurture collaborations that foster trust and mutual thriving?\nHow do we build organizational ecosystems that feel as alive and resilient as the natural world they are part of? \nHealing our nervous systems and healing the biosphere are deeply intertwined. The ways we design and inhabit our human organizations have a direct impact on the ways we engage with the Earth. When we create healing architectures—cultures of care\, structures that support belonging\, and processes that regenerate trust—we not only transform how we work together but also how we relate to the living systems around us. \nNature teaches us about interdependence\, reciprocity\, and adaptive intelligence. When our organizational patterns mirror these principles\, they become fertile ground for ecological responsibility\, ethical leadership\, and collective flourishing. The same invisible roots that shape the vitality of a forest also shape the vitality of our communities and workplaces. By tending to trauma and imbalance\, we open pathways for regenerative growth in both our human systems and the wider biosphere. \nAs the Pocket Project introduces our Consultancy service\, we invite you to join this exploration of how healing architectures in human organizations can contribute to healing climate change and inspire new ways of collaborating and making decisions together. \nIn this community call\, we will explore:\n\nLeading with presence – cultivating clarity\, compassion\, and grounded action.\nLearning from nature – drawing on living systems to inspire integration\, adaptability\, and resilience.\nFostering reciprocity – creating ecosystems of trust\, collaboration\, psychological safety\, and mutual care.\n\n
