SUMMARY:Relational Alchemy – Healing the Gender Wound for Collective Peace
DESCRIPTION:In this community call\, we join mathematical physicist and transpersonal psychologist Will Keepin to explore how the fundamental laws of the universe mirror the internal landscape of our social systems. Grounded in the principle of “as above\, so below\,” Will bridges the macrocosm of physics with the microcosm of our cellular experience\, revealing how the fragmentation in our world is an echo of the unresolved divisions within the human collective. \nWe will examine how the ancient wound of gender disharmony fuels global cycles of violence. By addressing these foundational imbalances\, we support the core mission of the World Women Summit 2026 – Women Rising for Peace\, strengthening the global movement of women who are transforming the conditions of violence into the foundations of a more resilient world. \n“Peace is not the absence of war\, peace is the integration of the wounds of the war and the unification of the fabric of life” (Thomas Hübl). \nTogether\, we will explore how showing up to heal our relational fabric is a biological and cosmological act—one that restores the natural flow of life from the individual cell to the global body. \nIn this community call\, we will explore: \n\nThe Fractal Nature of Peace: How the principle of “as above\, so below” applies to social change – where healing our internal and relational “cells” updates the blueprint of the global body.\nPhysics of Reconciliation: Moving beyond binary opposition to co-create other pathways of understanding between all genders\, informed by both quantum principles and transpersonal psychology.\nRestoring the Balance: Understanding how elevating women’s leadership and restoring gender equity are necessary for dismantling structures of violence and building a more compassionate world.\n\nThis call is an introduction to a 3-part masterclass\, inviting you to go deeper with the practice. SUMMARY:Women Rising Across Divides – International Women's Day Call on Women's Power for Peace
DESCRIPTION:On March 8th\, International Women’s Day\, we invite you into a shared global moment of connection\, co-regulation\, and remembrance. \nAcross history and across cultures\, women have carried a profound and often unrecognised capacity: to build relationships across divides\, to humanise the “other\,” and to interrupt cycles of violence before they harden into war. This relational power—quiet\, courageous\, and deeply human—has shaped peace processes\, sustained communities\, and kept dialogue alive in the most polarised and painful contexts. In times of conflict\, women have been a source of regulation\, co-regulation and collective holding. \nIn this public pre–World Women Summit call\, Deb Dana and Kosha Joubert will come together to honour and illuminate this feminine capacity for peace and regulation. Together\, we will explore what enables women to stand in fractured spaces with clarity and compassion; to listen beyond positions; to meet fear\, grief\, and anger without turning away; and to hold open the possibility of peace when it seems least imaginable. \nTogether\, we will explore: \n\nRelational courage in times of conflict – how women hold presence\, dignity\, and connection in polarised and violent contexts\n\nThe inner foundations of peacebuilding – befriending the nervous system \, meeting fear and grief\, and staying human under pressure\nFrom lived practice to collective impact – how women’s everyday peace work connects into a global movement for lasting change\n\nThis call is an invitation to women everywhere—leaders\, activists\, peacebuilders\, mothers\, elders\, daughters\, and allies—to gather\, be nourished\, and strengthen the field of peace we are already holding. \nJoin us on International Women’s Day as we honour what women carry—and rise together toward the World Women Summit 2026: Women Rising for Peace. \n

SUMMARY:Cultivating Cultures of Welcome – An Intro Call for Organizations of Welcome
DESCRIPTION:How do we strengthen the social fabric of welcome in times of polarization and rapid change? What would it look like if integration were a two-way process—one where systems also learn and adapt? We will gather as organizations committed to building welcoming communities to learn more about the Cultivating Cultures of Welcome project. \nThis session offers both orientation and participation. Together\, we will: \n\nIntroduce the intentions\, framework\, and emerging vision of the Cultivating Cultures of Welcome project\nExplore the opportunities and tensions present in current inclusion efforts\nTake time to complete the needs assessment collectively\, allowing shared reflection and dialogue\nOpen space for questions\, clarifications\, and connection\n\nBy completing the needs assessment in community\, we move beyond individual responses and begin strengthening the field of welcome itself\, recognizing that sustainable cultures of welcome are built through relationship\, reflection\, and shared learning. \nIf your organization is committed to fostering belonging and strengthening community resilience\, we would be honored to have you with us.
