Hope and Healing: Trauma Support for Palestinians in Times of Crisis
July 31, 2025

Restoring Hope
In a time of unprecedented suffering, the Palestine Trauma Relief Project is providing a vital lifeline to Palestinians through trauma-informed support offered in Arabic. Rooted in cultural understanding and collective care, the initiative holds space for grief, resilience, and healing amid immense hardship.
Led by trained facilitators and coordinated by Ibrahim Ashour, the project offers compassionate witnessing and deep listening as powerful tools for restoration. “It is in the darkest times that we look for the other, listen, grieve, and build resilience,” Ashour explains. “This project is designed to create a pocket of feelings, thoughts, and steps forward.”
Each donation helps make this support accessible to those facing trauma on the front lines. Funds go directly toward facilitating healing sessions for Palestinian participants, ensuring they are not alone in their pain.
Let’s stand together in care and solidarity.
