The Pocket Project is proud to announce the release of the 2024 International Lab Reports, a compelling reflection of our year-long global journey into the heart of ancestral and collective trauma.

Throughout 2024, participants from various regions gathered online in facilitated Labs to explore specific trauma themes relevant to their cultures, histories, and communities. Each Lab was supported by trained Collective Trauma Integration facilitators, who guided participants through processes of witnessing, inquiry, and somatic awareness.

While each group focused on different aspects of trauma, shaped by local histories and current realities, all were united by a shared commitment to deepen awareness, restore dignity, and foster healing. The variety of themes led to equally diverse insights, rhythms, and outcomes, making each report a unique addition to our expanding body of collective trauma knowledge.
