What will we be exploring in this Lab?
We will explore masculine/feminine polarization and the individual, ancestral, and collective gender wounds that live in our bodies, psyches, relationships, and systems across cultures. We will explore how these wounds manifest in our individual and collective lives — from the most intimate spaces of self and sexuality to the vast arenas of public discourse, political ideologies, and institutional structures. We aim to bring curiosity and awareness to symptoms which include compromised attunement to self and other; distortion of authenticity; and diminished capacities.
Who is invited to participate?
Men and women who recognize the significance of these wounds in individual and collective life and are ready to bring curiosity, courage, creativity, and vulnerability to to this work. Our intention is to meet the roots of gender polarization and create a space where men and women can be fully seen, wholeness and shared humanity can be recovered, and new possibilities for healing, trust, and authentic relating can take root. Our intention is to bring courage, compassion, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor to our work.
More about the journey of the Lab
Our exploration will begin with individual experience and progress to collective realities. This is collective shadow work in service of cultural transformation, with implications not only for our inner lives and intimate relationships, but for future generations, societies, and the natural world. Our exploration will begin with individual experience and progress to collective realities. Through somatic work, contemplative communication, and dedicated presence practice, we will support men and women to reclaim wholeness and mutual dignity.
When will we be meeting?
We will meet monthly from February – December 2026, for a total of 10 sessions beginning on March 8, meeting regularly at 10 am PST/1 pm EST/7 pm CET.
