What will we be exploring in this Lab?
Collective trauma quietly shapes organizational life through burnout, disconnection, toxic culture, low engagement, and resistance to change. Unhealed individual, ancestral, and systemic wounds fuel reactivity, power imbalances, and the erosion of trust and psychological safety. Trauma-informed organizations transform these patterns through nervous-system regulation, deep listening, transparent communication, and relational leadership—restoring trust, inclusion, creativity, resilience, and sustainable human-centered success.
Who is invited to participate?
This Lab invites leaders and culture-shapers of organizational systems into a living field of practice where trauma awareness meets organizational dynamics.
More about the journey of the Lab
The goal of a collective trauma integration process is to recognize, release, and integrate trauma hidden within individuals and groups. Our unique learning experience will focus on the ways collective trauma quietly shapes organizational life. The flow of our journey will follow six core stages - synchronizing & resourcing, meeting the landscape of collective trauma, becoming a conduit, listening to the field, integrating & restoring, and transformation & meta-learning. With great care and attention, we will learn ways to release a portion of trauma and allow for a healing cycle to emerge.
