What will we be exploring in this Lab?
In this lab, we will gather to share and bear witness to our collective grief and pain as they surface in the heart of an ongoing war. Through the lens of grief, we will invite awareness to how tension and fragmentation live within and around us, in our bodies, relationships, communities, and social structures. While Israeli society holds many lived realities, this lab focuses on the Jewish-Israeli experience, including intergenerational trauma within the Jewish story, and how it continues to shape the visible and invisible architecture of our lives today.
Who is invited to participate?
This lab intentionally focuses on the Jewish-Israeli experience. Held in Hebrew, it is intended for those living within, or deeply affected by, an ongoing reality of war who seek to pause, reflect, and meet the personal and collective impacts of this period. If you feel an inner call, you are invited into a supportive field of reflection, regulation, and shared presence. Together, we will meet experiences shaped by loss, prolonged conflict, and continuous threat, and gently deepen our capacity to stay with grief and remain present with one another. This work engages one part of the collective in the hope of contributing to the wider social fabric.
More about the journey of the Lab
Throughout the year, we will learn and practice skills that cultivate a field of present-moment awareness, through which we will meet the gateways of grief, ourselves, and one another. Our intention is to co-create a space of relative safety, one that allows us to gently peel back layers, to feel, to witness, to hold what arises with sensitivity and care. We hope to illuminate and reconnect with the resources and strengths inherited from the past, discovering pathways toward integrated resilience, collective coherence, shared strength grounded in belonging, empathy, and mutual responsibility.
When will we be meeting?
We will hold 13 lab meetings: 12 on Sundays and 1 on a Tuesday. Meetings will run from 19:00–21:00 EU / 20:00–22:00 Israel time. The schedule is as follows: Feb 22, Mar 16, Apr 12, Apr 26, May 24, Jun 7, Jun 28, Jul 19, Aug 30, Sep 15 (Tuesday), Oct 4, Oct 25, Nov 15.
