What will we be exploring in this Lab?
How do patriarchal wounds live in the female body? Due to gender conditioning, what parts of ourselves have we had to split off and exile to fit into social roles and find belonging? This lab is a nine-month gestation to heal the fragmented self and re-story the sacred feminine into our lives, coming home to a natural sense of authenticity and wholeness. Using the wisdom of nature as our guide, we will flow through seasonal and developmental cycles to integrate the shadow and wounded parts of ourselves into a fresh narrative of possibility. Together, let’s rewild the soul.
Who is invited to participate?
This online lab is designed for women of any and all backgrounds, inclusive of cis-gender, non-binary, and trans femme. We are open to diverse perspectives and intersectional discussions, while also acknowledging our limitations as a team of cis-gender white women.
More about the journey of the Lab
This lab will provide a womb-space for a nine-month gestational cycle to explore patriarchal wounding and restoring the sacred feminine in our lives. In the first three months, during spring, we’ll explore coming of age and the archetypes of the maiden and tomboy. In the next three months, during summer, we’ll explore maturing into purpose through the archetypes of mother and mentor, coming into our own through career and/or family. In the last three months, during autumn, we'll explore coming home to wholeness through the archetypes of the elder and crone.
When will we be meeting?
Our sacred circle will gather the second Thursday of each month, from March to November for two and a half (2.5) hours. We will end with a closing ritual for one and a half (1.5) hours in December, to celebrate and harvest the fruits of our journey together. Our online meetings will take place by Zoom at 4-6:30 PT, 5-7:30 MT, 6-8:30 CT, 7-9:30 ET on March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10 of 2026.
