How do we ground the profound work of understanding the nervous system within our teams, communities, and organizations? How can groups of people work together in this way, and what is possible if we adopt this approach in our collaborative environments?
This three-module regenerative masterclass explores these questions, providing frameworks, processes, and practical tools to integrate trauma-informed principles into the workplace and community in a safe and sustainable manner.
Trauma and disconnection often shape our interactions, manifesting as urgency, unresolved conflict, confusion of purpose, and continued issues of superiority, racism, and patriarchy. We are called to work with these challenges in a healing-centered and systemically transformative way.
Overview of Regenerative Masterclass
Groups committed to a developmental pathway can foster growth for all individuals within the team, community, or network. We can heal each other through positive and corrective experiences, providing presence, love, and truth. This approach activates each person’s unique purpose and gifts, bringing inspiration and innovation into the group. Achieving this requires deep skills and capacities, which we can learn and practice together, accelerating everyone’s development and expansion.
This regenerative masterclass includes one module which is also part of the Applied Trauma-Informed Leadership course 2024 and two additional weekend modules to deepen into the material. The 3 modules will combine learning, sharing, creative practice, and field-building.
- Recordings and transcripts of all 3 modules will be made available.
We can no longer think of therapeutic practice as bringing clients back to baseline “normal”when our normal is profoundly unwell. Instead, we need to evolve therapy.
- Healing-Oriented Leadership: Learn models, processes, and tools to lead a healing-oriented journey.
- Consent and Permission: Deepen understanding of how to work with groups to obtain consent and permission for deeper work.
- Prototyping and Experimentation: Set up prototyping as a method for navigating complexity through experimentation.
- Tension as Growth: Learn to work with tension as a pathway to growth and restoration.
- Resilient Team Connections: Strengthen the healthy connective tissue within teams that can withstand shocks.
- Personal Capacity: Deepen your own ability to hold these processes effectively.
Climate, Psychology, and Change makes the case for a regenerative disturbance to the familiar thinking of what it means to be human and addresses how our perceptions may need to be widened in order to be able to hold the texture of our complex, paradoxical and interconnected lives in our hearts and minds. Everything is in conversation and relationship.
By the conclusion of this masterclass, participants will have the knowledge and skills to implement trauma-informed practices, fostering resilient, innovative, and deeply connected teams and communities.
