The Power of the Mighty Heart
This three-module Regenerative Masterclass provides practical tools and processes to help us deal with daily challenges, to recognise and develop inner skills to address conflict situations, and to use the innate power of our own Heart Intelligence to bring about change.
Dr. Scilla Elworthy will coach us in the tools that have helped so many of those she works with in conflict situations. In some cases that may be actual armed conflict, or it may be conflicts in business which can become acute, or it may be family feuds that can build animosity.

3 modules of 2 hours each will take place on 21st, 22nd, and 23rd April.
Each two-hour period will include an initial quick ‘catch-up’ to check on participants’ feelings at the time, and then an introduction to the content of the session, which may include the following:
The energy beneath heartbreak
The skills of deep listening
How to tame your inner critic
- Cleaning anger
Developing presence to take a stand
- Being in service with the intelligence of the heart
All these skills require one thing…the expansion of the heart. Each module is backed by exercises and small group discussions, and participants are provided with a workbook that fully illustrates all the material with stories and space for personal reflection.
The 3 modules combine learning, sharing, creative practice, and field-building.
LANGUAGES: English, Ukrainian and German
All three live sessions, recordings and contents of this masterclass will be translated into German and Ukrainian.

- Advocate for justice and positive change: Stand up for issues they believe in with confidence, using nonviolent communication to drive meaningful social impact.
“Every single one of us has the equipment, the knowledge, the heart and wisdom to build peace and the best place to start is at home, in your own relationships, often the most difficult but we can learn those skills.” Dr. Scilla Elworthy

I signed up for Scilla’s Mighty Heart Course, knowing how much work I had still to do in order to learn to effectively manage conflicts and see how I would be of service to the world. The course structure, the master facilitators, teachers, and hosts, the community and the integrated tools used, have enabled me to live from my heart and with more authenticity, compassion and listening.
– Ankur Kamalia, Former Managing Director at Deutsche Börse Group and UBS

Words cannot express what my time at Scilla’s Mighty Heart Course has meant to me. The participants connected in a way that surprised me given that the course was online… everyone was open and willing to share and listen without judgement. It’s made me very aware of my place in the world, the role I play and how my words and actions can affect those around me.
– Priti Sesha, Finance & Operations Director, Oxford Research Group

Rola, almost every word you spoke rang as a clear resonance in my system…soft, spacious, slow, and kind. Your sharing, your cadence was soothing and offered space for digestion.
– Attendee, The Art of Speaking Your Truth Workshop

Working with Rola has been an incredibly transformative experience. She helped me confront and dismantle deep-rooted beliefs about myself. I started with ‘I can’t do this,’ and now I leave with ‘I guess that’s possible.
