  I graduated from the 1st US Practice Group Leadership Training (Nov 2019) and completed TWT3 ( 2 year program studying with Thomas) in Spring of 2024. I'm a retired Physical Therapist who specialized in working with people who had difficult to heal open wounds. I'm a mother of 3 adult children, another adult daughter by marriage and 4 lovely grandchildren who, fortunately for me, live in this area. I have enjoyed the beautiful out of doors Utah and the west has to offer through biking, camping, hiking, floating rivers, down hill and cross country skiing as well as the mountainous dry air after growing up on the gulf coast of Texas. Spiritual growth and development has been a continuous thread thru my life. I started meditating in my teens, became a teacher of Transcendental Meditation in my 20s and have continued a practice of mindfulness, meditation and centering prayer.
