Community of Practice
A Space of Relatedness & Shared Learning
Our Community Calls are free, live skills-building workshops that invite us to learn, practice our tools and cultivate the ‘superpowers’ that allow us to meet life more fully together.
These sessions are experiential, relational, and grounded in collective healing practices that support both personal and collective wellbeing. They are led by guest teachers and Pocket Project facilitators from a wide range of cultural lineages and professional backgrounds.
Core themes include:
- Nervous system awareness, regulation, and resilience
- Subtle awareness, attunement and resonance
- Nature as kin and relational ways of being
- Peacebuilding, transparent communication and regaining our voice
- Systems thinking for complex times
- Somatic experiencing
- Indigenous wisdom for collective and intergenerational healing
What to expect:
- Live, interactive learning and embodied practice
- Shared reflection, dialogue, and collective sensing
- Practices that support presence, self‑ and co‑regulation, and relational awareness
- A welcoming we‑space rooted in care, trust, and mutual learning.
Join us to learn, practice, and remember what becomes possible when we gather together, through shared inquiry, relational learning, and collective healing practices.
Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals. Only when we know our darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognise our shared humanity.
