Join us for a crucial Global Social Witnessing session to explore the deep-seated fears and anxieties currently gripping many in the United States and beyond, amid declining protections for people of color, individuals with disabilities, the environment, and elimination of programs that address these issues. Many are feeling vulnerable, more isolated and unsafe. We will collectively explore the challenges and opportunities for our compassion, agency, and resilience to come forward at this time.
Together, let’s transform fear into awake presence, and isolation into witnessing awareness.
Key Takeaways:
Understanding the Deepening Fears and Anxieties: By recognizing our shared experiences of fear, insecurity, and uncertainty, we open the door to genuine empathy and more meaningful action.
Building a Culture of Care and Compassion: Fostering solidarity, mutual support, and a collective commitment to uplifting the most vulnerable members of society.
The Power of Agency in Times of Crisis: Examine how activism rooted in compassion can challenge harmful systems.
