Healing Collective Grief Suppression

Identifying and Befriending Overwhelm, Loneliness and Anxiety in Modernity

Online | English

What will we be exploring in this Lab?

This lab is designed to create a collective space to identify and process the cumulative effects and suppressed grief caused by modern day life. We will share in witnessing its impacts, especially those prioritizing efficiency, productivity, competition and domination at the expense of human and ecological well being, and social connection.Through communal witnessing we seek to metabolize the frozen energies into a fluid and vibrant resource for the individual and collective.

Who is invited to participate?

We invite anyone:-Feeling called to identify and process modern day grief and trauma with communal support.-Wanting to increase awareness of their patterns eroding relationships and impacting their quality of life.-Wanting a safe and intimate space for collectively grieving.-Feeling overwhelmed by the speed of life; seeking more self-regulation.-Grieving, for example: climate destruction, loss of natural habitats, political upheaval, polarization, etc-Wanting to touch the pain within your protest-Longing to digest together and not in isolation

More about the journey of the Lab

Each Lab offers a theme that aligns our collective focus, bringing participants deeper into their felt senses. We will observe the pace of our habitual reactions, and learn to slow down in order to cultivate curiosity and intimacy with self. We will create an intentional space for expression, expand our awareness of the individual in relationship to the collective, and the interdependence of these. As we build a container based on synchronization and resources, we will alchemize the frozen/ hidden parts previously unknown or unseen to the “I/we” space. From here transformation is possible
