What will we be exploring in this Lab?
Participants from within the organization don’t need any particular knowledge but should be interested in exploring unconscious patterns and learning about collective trauma. We are intending to explore with the organization directly what the focus will be.
Who is invited to participate?
An organization, either a business or non-profit organization, willing to participate in the one-year process, with at least 10 internal key members of the organization and optionally key stakeholders around the organization.
More about the journey of the Lab
In preparation for the lab we will investigate the theme and its history in the organization.
More generally in online sessions of 1.5-2 hours and offline workshops we aim to:
1. Create awareness of collective patterns, strengthen deep listening skills, and build resilience.
2. Deep dive and mapping the collective trauma patterns in the organization.
3. Charting avenues for integration and restoration.
4. Reflect on the process and potential further transformative actions.
When will we be meeting?
Meeting dates and times will be defined together with the organization. We are aiming to meet around 12 times within the year 2024 online and offline if practical.
