  Kasra Van Rompaey

  Kasra is a body-based trauma therapist and relational body psychotherapist with a strong focus on individual and collective healing. Since 2022, she has been a student of Thomas Hübl, whose teachings on trauma, presence, and relational awareness have deeply influenced her work.
  
  Her approach invites the full intelligence of the body, emotions, and mind into awareness, while supporting the development of heart-based listening and embodied connection. She is particularly interested in how communication, regulation, and co-regulation can serve as pathways to greater relational depth and authenticity.
  
  Kasra offers individual sessions and group work focused on supporting people to become more present with themselves and others, and to build the inner capacity to relate from a place of grounded awareness. She is passionate about creating safe, attuned spaces where meaningful communication and healing can unfold naturally.

  Ingela Sjögren

  From an early age, Ingela sensed that the way people relate and communicate with one another was far from natural or whole. Her life has been a journey of exploring pathways out of trauma repetition, fragmentation, and despair. As a dancer, she discovered the profound wisdom of the body and its potential as a medium for authentic communication. This insight shaped her work as a psychotherapist, constellation facilitator, trainer, and coach. Ingela's interest in the work of Thomas Hübl stems from its unique integration of trauma healing and mystical principles—an approach that brings clarity and depth to the process of transformation. Originally from a German/Swedish background, Ingela lived in the Netherlands for nearly 40 years.
