  Willow Jo River

  A teacher by temperament, Willow creatively weaves yoga, asana, meditation, ayurveda, expressive arts and somatic modalities to support individuals in the healing from an overwhelmed system. She operates from the awareness that Soul-Freedom and Love are realized through the health of the nervous system. Beauty is the impulse that moves her soul in service as mother, mentor, retreat-facilitator, teacher/trainer. The “Titles” are a mere consequence of how she lives her life – self-offering to the One-Spirit. The last 25 years she immersed herself in the studies and life-style practices taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. Willow is presently taking TWT – Timeless Wisdom Training with Thomas Hübl.

  Jenifer Cowles

  Resides in Costa Rica and is currently studying Integral Transpersonal Psychology at the Ubiquity Wisdom School as well as completing the 2 year Timeless Wisdom Training with Thomas Huebl alongside the 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Jenifer has walked the nomadic mystical path for 25 years studying in Central and South America, India, Isreal, and Thailand. She is a master bodyworker, astrologer, participates in and hosts transformational healing retreats in Costa Rica. She is fascinated with the evolution of consciousness and the energetics of healing.
