Resilience and Self-Regulation Training:
Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Techniques: Teaching mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation techniques to help individuals manage stress and improve emotional regulation.
Empowerment Workshops: Offering workshops aimed at building emotional resilience, enhancing self-esteem, and fostering a sense of empowerment among participants.

International Support Networks: Connecting Jewish communities worldwide through online platforms ensures that those in the diaspora can access to support and resources.
