“It’s not usually the big stressors in life that mar contentment; rather those minor annoyances and that add up to a high IQ/Irritation Quotient— propensity to anger easily, lose peace of mind, and even provoke violence.“
— Laurie Ellis-Young
Learning breath literacy is about taking control of our lives. I understand the importance of spending time on myself. I never realized the difference I can make in others lives through making a difference in my own.
– C.V. Nurse
Together you skillfully and with great intention and intuition allowed me to gain a deeper experience of what understanding of my nervous system and the breath can mean for my life.
– R.B. Entrepreneur
Thousands of people living in Ukraine during the war constantly require psychological support. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to fully meet this need due to the lack of specialists. However, by providing information on basic self-regulation skills and breath literacy, it is possible to significantly improve the mental health situation of Ukrainians.
– O. N. Therapist
I have been a student and practitioner of mindfulness for many years. The addition of breath literacy which has a foundation of mindfulness, as far as benefits, feels like the ability to spiral to a more expanded level of possible wellbeing.
– M.L. Meditation Teacher
Rola, almost every word you spoke rang as a clear resonance in my system…soft, spacious, slow, and kind. Your sharing, your cadence was soothing and offered space for digestion.
– Attendee, The Art of Speaking Your Truth Workshop
Working with Rola has been an incredibly transformative experience. She helped me confront and dismantle deep-rooted beliefs about myself. I started with ‘I can’t do this,’ and now I leave with ‘I guess that’s possible.
